1. For confirmation of bookings we will need a deposit of from $350.00.
2. This can be paid by Master card, Visa or Amex (surcharge of 2%), or by direct transfer
3. Balance of account should be paid on arrival, or prior to arrival date.
4. If booking is cancelled within 7 days there will be no refund to the deposit paid
5. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.00 per room

What is your Booking Cancellation & Refund Policies?
If the booking is cancelled 7 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. If however the booking is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date there will be NO refund. In the event of an early departure during your stay, we regret that there is NO refund.
If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the date of arrival, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00. If however the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the arrival date there will be NO refund. In the event of an early departure during your stay, we regret that there is NO refund.
