The Brisbane international airport terminal is the most likely arrival point for Gold Coast visitors from overseas. Travellers arriving on domestic flights will disembark at either Brisbane or the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta.

The domestic airline carriers are Qantas, Virgin Blue and Jetstar. The flight time to the Gold Coast is approx, one hour from Sydney and two hours from Melbourne.

From the Brisbane airport terminals, its an easy drive of approx. one hour on the Pacific Motorway to our location in Broadbeach. From the Gold Coast airport at Coolangatta, the drive takes around 15-20 minutes.

There are several options available for transfers between Oceana On Broadbeach and the Brisbane and Gold Coast airports:

1) The Brisbane airport terminals are linked to the Gold Coast by an Airtrain service and travel time is approximately 1h 15m. There are two trains per hour. An optional limo service provides train-to-door transfers and taxi cabs can also be used for transfers from the Airtrain stations.

2) There are several motor coach companies providing airport transfers to and from both Coolangatta and Brisbane airports. These are often a better option for travellers with a large amount of luggage.

3) Taxi cabs are available from ranks opposite the exit doors at Coolangatta airport. Maxi cabs and buses are available for larger groups and should be pre-booked. Phone 131 008 for taxi bookings or visit the taxi company website for more information.

4) There are several limousine operators that offer personalised airport transfers to and from both Coolangatta and Brisbane airports.

5) Guests planning on using a rental car for their Gold Coast holiday can arrange a pick-up and return at the airport of arrival, thereby saving the cost of transfers. Oceana On Broadbeach can assist with all vehicle rental bookings.
