Terms & Conditions

• Confirmation of bookings requires a deposit of the first night's rate.
  Balance to be paid on arrival.
• Check in from 2.00 pm – CHeck out 10.00 am.
• Half day rate applies for extension till 2.00 pm, otherwise the full day rate applies.
• Cancellation policies:
  – Conditions apply for refund of deposit paid.
  – Low and Mid Season: Cancellation within 14 days first night rate will apply.
  – High Season: Cancellation within 42 days first night rate will apply.
  – Minimum administration fee of $50.00 for all cancellations.
• No refund for shortened stay.
• Rates are subject to change without notice.
• All apartments are fully self contained.
• Most units have reverse cycle air conditioning.
• All units have Digital Foxtel and DVD.
• All linen is included in tariff.
• No pets allowed.
• Guests are responsible for damage, loss or theft from their unit.
  Personal property is not insured by us.
• Management reserves the right to charge extra where day visitors use common facilities.
• Smoking is only permitted on your balcony.
• Schoolies/Toolies Bookings not accepted.
• Facilities available subject to maintenance requirements.
• The tariff does not include washing of dishes or removal of rubbish. There will be a cleaning charge of $150.00 if the unit is not left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition.
• Photo ID (Driver's Licence) required to verify credit card.
• A minimum pre-authorised amount from $300.00 on your credit card is required for all check-ins.
• Signage/Safety Rules apply to ALL Residents and Guests.
