Standard Occupancy:	1 bedroom = 2 persons	2 bedroom = 4 persons
	3 bedroom = 6 persons	4 bedroom = 8 persons
1 extra adult/child per apartment on a roll-away or sofa bed. Extra person charges apply. Children under 2 free except when requiring any additional bedding.

Office Hours, Check-In & Check-Out:

Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Saturday and 9:00am to 2:00pm on Sunday and public holidays. The office is closed on Christmas day. Check in time is 2:00 pm and check out time is 10:00 am. Half daily rate applies for late check-out till 2:00pm, the full daily rate applies for later check-outs.

Deposits & Payments:

Deposit matching the first night's tariff is required within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. Guests arriving after hours must pay in full prior to arrival. All guests are required to provide photo ID and the balance of payment at check-in or as otherwise advised by the reservations desk.

Oceana On Broadbeach can only accept Visa and Mastercard for any credit card transactions.

Cancellation & Refund Policies:

In low and mid seasons, cancellations within 14 days of check-in incur a cancellation fee equal to the 1st night rate. In high season, cancellations within 28 days of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first nights rate. A minimum of $50 administration fee applies to all cancellations.

Refunds do not apply if the guest's stay is shortened from the accepted booking period.

Schoolies Festival:

Oceana on Broadbeach does not seek or accept Schoolies Festivals bookings/reservations. Suitable Policies and Practices necessary for a safe, risk free environment have not been developed and are not in place. Oceana's Owner's and Managers are not in a situation to create or fund a risk free, safe environment for Owners and their Guests on their property in a Schoolies Festival environment with its associated behaviour and activities.

In these circumstances we recommend Schoolies Festival bookings/reservations be made with either www.schoolies.com.au (tel: 07 5665 4444) or www.partyweek.com.au (tel: 1800 764 837) or organisations such as Break Free (tel: 132678) or with other properties that promote and seek Schoolies Festival business.

Transfers, Rentals & Reservations

Our reservations desk can recommend airport transfers, assist with your car rental and provide complimentary bookings to theme parks, tours and entertainment.
